*CANCELATIONS AND RETURN POLICIES*

  1. Please be sure to read the item’s description and go through all of our photos featured on the listing. Our collection consists entirely, or almost, of vintage items. When you shop with us, you have to understand that these items or fabrics used on our handmade dresses have been used in the past. Major flaws or defects will be mentioned in the description of the listing. Take note that we might miss out on a few details such as small stains on pieces of clothing.
  1. NO REFUNDS will be issued, even for items purchased within the hour or less. All sales are final.

1. FREE TRACKED SHIPPING TO CANADA/USA NOW OFFERED ON ORDERS OF $145 CAD AND OVER. For international orders, tracked shipping air is included on orders of $175 CAD. You'll notice that there's the Tracked Packet International option, the International Parcel Surface (4 to 12 weeks delivery) or the Xpresspost International option. All include tracking. There are cheaper international shipping methods, but they don't include a tracking. If you wish to pay a cheaper rate at your own risks, please message me prior to completing your order and I will give you a better rate. If you require faster shipping, insurance, a signature or anything else, please message us prior to completing your order. We are not responsible for closing your shipping method or for any lost packages if you decide to go with an untracked option.

SHIPPING POLICIES FOR CANADA: Every order shipped throughout Canada will include a tracking number with one exception. The exception being very small packages that will be shipped through regular mail and no tracking number will be provided then. Note that the standard shipping in Canada does not include the signature option, a confirmation of delivery or an insurance for lost packages for instance.

SHIPPING POLICIES FOR USA: When choosing the Small Parcel US Air option, you must understand that this option will not include a tracking number. If you need your package to be tracked, please select the Tracked option.

SHIPPING POLICIES FOR INTERNATIONAL: The cheapest shipping option which is the International Parcel Surface option is the longest. It can take from 4 to 12 weeks until you receive your package and it does not include a tracking number. We strongly suggest you choose the International Tracked option, we will not be held responsible for your choice of shipping method therefore we will not be responsible if your package is lost. You might want to expect import duties and taxes fees to be paid upon reception of your package.

At check-out, for orders shipped in Canada, the USA and Internationally, you'll have other shipping options available for a fee. You may contact us for any questions regarding shipping.

  1. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items by the shipping carriers. If you experienced any issues with your item’s delivery, it will be your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier. Note that our standard shipping in Canada and in the USA does not include insurance for any lost our damaged packages or confirmation of delivery. We ask you to choose one, if needed, for a fee at checkout.
  1. We ship worldwide at fixed estimated shipping costs. If you would want to know exactly how much it will cost you to ship a particular item, it is your responsibility to message us before purchasing so we can provide you with a more accurate shipping option.
  1. LET’S MEET! If you are based in Montreal, you are more than welcome to come and meet with us in Verdun near Verdun metro station on the green line. Great way to save on all shipping costs, to see the items for yourselves before making a purchase, try on some outfits and meet the seller!
