  1. Please be sure to read the item’s description and go through all of our photos featured on the listing. Our collection consists entirely, or almost, of vintage, upcycled items. When you shop with us, you have to understand that these items or fabrics used for our upcycled clothing has been used in the past. Major flaws or defects will be mentioned in the description of the listing. Take note that we might miss out on a few details such as small stains on pieces of clothing.
  1. NO REFUNDS will be issued, even for items purchased within the hour or less. All sales are final.

It will be our pleasure to help you with your purchase and make your experience with Retro-Spection the best experience you’ll ever have with online shopping. Feel free to contact us before paying for your order if you have any questions about the item itself, the shipping costs or our shop policies. We are very responsive with incoming inquiries.

WE NOW SHIP FOR FREE WORLDWIDE! 

1. No code needed, everyone now benefits free shipping. Canadian customers also get an automatic 25% off on their orders and US and International customers get 15% off when they buy 2+ items. Both offers will be applied automatically together at checkout. 

2. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items by the shipping carriers. If you experience any issues with your item’s delivery, it will be our pleasure to help you with the shipping carriers. Note that Canada Post will not be held accountable for any damaged or broken items, even if you purchase an additional insurance coverage.  We will also not be held accountable if your item is damaged. We will make sure that the breakable item is safely wrapped and packaged. By reading this and understanding this policy, enjoy a 10% discount for reading this: PLEASEDONTBREAK (valid on vintage fragile items only.

3. If you're a customer outside Canada, you may be charged for custom and duties fees upon the reception of your package. You are responsible for these additional costs. US customers, tariffs are now included in the price.

We would like to share our available fabrics and/or bed sheets for your next custom order project here! This Slideshow document will be updated with. new options every other week but let us know if you're looking for something in particular.

Once you're ready to start the creative process for your custom project, please start filling out this form attached. You will see everything that we can create custom along with the cost in the form directly. If you're on Instagram, we strongly suggest that you follow us, it will be easier for us to discuss about your project by direct message through the app.

We also offer Made-to-Order pieces which are ready for you to purchase, in your own size, in the collection below. We offer custom dresses, t-shirts, crop-tops, tote bags, fanny packs, bucket hats, pants, blouses etc.
